Day 56: It's good to be home!

After a fantastic weekend away, Rick and I made our trip home yesterday. It's always hard for me to say goodbye to my parents because we live so far away. I hate not knowing when the next time I'll see them will be. Though I was pretty sad to leave the sunny beach and my fabulous parentals, Rick and I agreed we were both pretty excited to get home to Maizey. We really missed her, and while sleeping in and not worrying about her was lovely for a few days, I definitely felt a like something was missing while we were gone.

Maizey had a blast at the daycare where she was boarded. She came home and was so pooped out she could barely keep her eyes open. We both slept very well together and snuggled all night. :)
